CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 6 October 2008 after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please send your cancellation request to Shannon Tapp at tapp@ncsi.com. SUBSTITUTIONS: To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274, ATTN: Attendee Registration by 23 October 2008. Substitutions made after 23 October 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area. There are no one day substitutions, only full conference substitutions. PAYMENT: Government registrants will be issued a badge upon receipt of payment or if NCSI is in possession of a valid P.O. or training form.
